Chairman of Yorkshire and Humber CF Backs Deighton

CANDIDATE for the position of Appointed Officer James Deighton received another boost today after receiving an endorsement from Sarah Nazer, Chairman of Yorkshire and Humber CF, London Spin can reveal.

Speaking to this newspaper, she said, “James is one of the most committed CF members that I have met. My first experience of working with him was when he was Deputy Regional Chairman (Campaigns) for Yorkshire and Humber CF. I witnessed his dedication to the cause and his keen eye for logistics and detail, first hand. He engineered Yorkshire and Humber CF’s general election campaign strategy, which linked branches with the key target seats for maximum effectiveness to ensure that their efforts were not wasted. He worked tirelessly to coordinate transport for activists across the four areas of the region to help as many of them as possible arrive for our key weekend action days. Through these efforts, CF was highly visible and effective; gaining us a new found respect amongst the local party.

When James was elected onto the National Executive last year, he single-handedly produced a best practice guide which is of immense value to all CF members as it provides much-needed clarity and structure on many subjects. As one of many, I have found it an extremely useful resource. James' election onto the executive also meant that the regions were always at the forefront of his mind and brought Yorkshire, for one, closer to the National Executive. I am voting for James as it would be impossible to find anyone better suited to the job and more responsible to his electorate.”

Dear Sarah, keep your opinions to yourself.

Lots of love, CF.

The two candidates that I am endorsing have helped greatly and made their impact in Yorkshire. They are now bidding to do so on a national level, therefore it is relevant to say how dedicated and resposible they are...from someone who has worked with them for a long time. Anyone who actually cares about CF would do the same.

Don't hide behind 'CF'. Anonymity is poor and cowardly.

Well James is a geologist by training, therefore he must be sound.
