Labour’s Andrew Pelling Threatens to Sue Eye Spy MP

FORMER Tory MP Andrew Pelling has sensationally threatened to take legal action against popular Westminster Twitter Account Eye Spy MP, London Spin can reveal. In a vicious online clash, the privately educated politician & investment banker boasted, “Let's have your name so that I can successfully sue you for libel like the Mail on Sunday.”

In a surprise move, Pelling was recently appointed as 'Special Correspondent' to controversial Croydon blog Inside Croydon, which is edited by Steven Downes, Secretary of the Sports Journalists' Association. Downes was forced to publicly apologise last year after making false claims that Gavin Barwell MP, who defeated Pelling the in the election, had broken the law.

Downes was unmasked as the anonymous author of the blog, which regularly targets elected Conservative officials, in the local press last year.

Pelling ended his online argument with Eye Spy MP saying, “Spotting others but not brave enough to say who you are.” “I think it silly that people hide their identities,” he added.
